i went to throw yesterday with tze jie and i think i really lost my form.even my shoulder hurts when i just throw lightly.probably because i haven't used it in a long time...then went home and rub it with ointment..sian..rusty already.need to oil the parts.feel like shit sia.don't feel like doing anything.haiz.

fuyo...i almost got into a fight with my dad just now.wonder what would happen if me and my dad really fought.......life sucks at home.
